Our National Team is in the European 3x3 Basketball Championship
Our 3x3 national team defeated all its rivals and made it to the finals of the European Championship. Thus, our men's 3x3 basketball team, which first defeated its rivals in group games, today played a semifinal match in the qualifying round of the European Championship in Limassol, Cyprus. Our national team defeated the Luxembourg basketball team with a score of 15-13 and made it to the final of the tournament. In the final, our national team met with the Irish team and left the field with a score of 20-16. Following these results, our national team qualified for the finals of the European Championship, which will be held September 9-11 in Gratz, Austria. It should be noted that our national team has reached the main stage of the European 3x3 basketball championship for the second time since 2014.

On May 14, the 6th game of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) final super series between "Sabah" and "Neftchi" took place. "Sabah" started strong in the match held at the Baku Sports Palace and secured an 83-78 victory over "Neftchi". With this win, "Sabah" defeated "Neftchi" with an overall series score of 4-2 and became the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL 2024/25) champion for the third consecutive time. The Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the ABL 2024/25 final series was Hassani Gravett from the "Sabah" team.

On May 11, the 5th game of the final super series in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) between "Sabah" and "Neftçi" took place. The game, held at the Baku Sports Palace, saw the "Sabah" players start off strong and ultimately celebrate a 107-89 victory over "Neftçi." With this win, "Sabah" now leads the final series 3-2.
It should be noted that the 6th game of the final series will be played on May 14. The first team to secure four wins in the super series will be crowned the champion of the 2024/25 season of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL).

The match, held at the Baku Sports Palace, saw "Neftçi" start strong and secure an 84-66 victory over "Sabah". With this win, "Neftchi" tied the overall score in the final series to 2-2.
It should be noted that the fifth game of the final series will be played on May 11. The first team to achieve four victories in the super series will be crowned the champion of the 2024/25 season of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL).
