The start time of the 29th Azerbaijan basketball championship has been determined
The 2023/24 season of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) will begin on October 22. Unlike last year, 10 teams will fight for the championship in the 29th Azerbaijan Championship. "Sabah", NTD-INDIGO (Khachmaz), "Ganja", "Khirdalan", "Sarhadchi", "Neftchi", "Jalilabad", "Sheki", "Khazri" and "Sumgait". The championship will consist of two rounds, i.e. 18 rounds. According to the new regulations, the clubs that finish the regular season in the top six will qualify for the play-off stage. The first two clubs in these six will start the fight directly from the semi-finals of the play-off, and the other four teams from the 1/4 finals. The club with the fastest two wins in the 1/4 and 1/2 finals, and the fastest 3 wins in the final series will be the happy side. It should be noted that the games of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) will take place in the "Sarhadchi" Sports Center as well as in the Olympic Sports Complexes located in the regions
