The XXXI Azerbaijan Basketball Championship has started
On September 26, the 31st Azerbaijan Basketball Championship kicked off at the Baku Sports Palace. In the opening game of the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL), last season’s champion “Sabah” faced last season’s silver medalist “Neftçi”. In a thrilling encounter, “Sabah” defeated “Neftçi” with a score of 86-75.

"Sarhadchi" - "Nakhchivan" (80:93)
"Lankaran" - "Ganja" (77:101)
"Sumgait" - NTD (88:95)
After these results, all clubs that qualified for the play-off (1/4 finals) in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) have been determined. The series in the play-off are as follows.
