"Absheron"-"Guba" 1/8 final game of the cup had a real thriller
On January 28, the 1/8 final games of the Azerbaijan Cup (2025) basketball took place. In the first game of the day, NTD won a comfortable victory over "Lankaran" with a score of 87-73 and became the opponent of "Sheki" club in the 1/4 finals. In the "Absheron"-"Guba" game held at the Absheron Olympic Sports Complex, the fans witnessed a real thriller. Thus, at the end of the match, which took place in two overtimes, "Absheron" defeated its opponent with a score of 96-94 and became an opponent of "Nakhchivan" club in the 1/4 finals. It should be noted that the last two games of the 1/8 finals ("Ganja"-"Ordu", "Sumgait"-"Neftchi") will take place on January 29.
