Azerbaijan women’s 3x3 national team advances to the semifinals of the Islamic Solidarity Games !
The 3x3 basketball competition has kicked off at the 6th Islamic Solidarity Games, held in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, on November 17. In their opening group match, our women’s national team defeated the host nation Saudi Arabia 21–8, and went on to claim a 19–11 victory over Türkiye in the second game. On November 18, the team played its final group match, securing a 21–14 win over Côte d’Ivoire and advancing to the semifinals as the leader of Group A. It should be noted that Azerbaijan’s opponent in the semifinals will be Egypt, which finished second in Group B. The match will take place on November 19 at 18:00 (Baku time).

"Sarhadchi" - "Nakhchivan" (80:93)
"Lankaran" - "Ganja" (77:101)
"Sumgait" - NTD (88:95)
After these results, all clubs that qualified for the play-off (1/4 finals) in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) have been determined. The series in the play-off are as follows.
"Sabah" - "Nakhchivan"
"Ordu" - "Ganja"
"Absheron Lions" - "Sheki"
