Our women's national team achieved a historic result in the FIBA Champions Cup !
On March 15, the decisive games of our national women's 3x3 basketball team took place in the FIBA Champions Cup. Our national team, which finished second in Group B, advanced to the finals by defeating the US team, considered the creators of basketball, with a score of 22:20 in the semi-final game. Our girls faced the Netherlands team in the final. The game ended with the opponent's victory with a score of 21:12.
It should be noted that our national team, which participated for the first time in the FIBA Champions Cup, fought a worthy fight against strong opponents and completed the tournament with a silver medal, achieving a historic result for Azerbaijani basketball.
