The selection process for the National Youth Basketball Team has begun
On August 22, at the Zughulba Sports Training Center, the selection process for the national basketball team kicked off with 30 players chosen from among 120 thirteen-year-old athletes. The process is led by the serbian specialist Milan Kotorac, head coordinator for youth basketball at the Azerbaijan Basketball Federation (ABF). During the selection, Kotorac and local coaches are evaluating players’ technical skills, tactical understanding, and physical fitness. The main goal of this tryout phase is to identify talented players who can represent the national team in the future and to assess their potential for development.
It should be noted that the selection process will conclude on August 31.

"Lankaran" - "Ganja" (77:101)
"Sumgait" - NTD (88:95)
After these results, all clubs that qualified for the play-off (1/4 finals) in the Azerbaijan Basketball League (ABL) have been determined. The series in the play-off are as follows.
